Get Support Where You Can

Charlie provides support and a little added weight as I lie down on my newest ball friend, Pink Lady. My grippy psoas is getting a little encouragement to let go. They have been known to appear in some of my classes. My latest tricks come from another precise and slightly mean (although very kind) new friend, my physical therapist.

Message of today: Get support where you can. From puppy or PT. Or in my case, both.

Do yoga. Today. Everyday.
