Beach #galavasana. Flying pigeon. Three ways. To try, from standing, cross one ankle over opposite knee. Bend standing knee, taking standing figure 4. Then bring hands to earth, shoulder width apart. Think chaturanga arms. Lifted foot and toes curl strongly back over upper arm. Belly in. Looking forward. First step is to take landed foot toward your bum. Steady yourself. If that feels good, re-engage belly, hug elbows in, and get more serious about those toes, curling back over your upper arm like a little monkey. Then lift off. Fly pigeon fly.
